Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Specialist within the Customer Success team to deliver successful product implementations, including integration, training, and adoption activities. You will coordinate across product and technical teams to ensure projects meet goals and customer expectations.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, manage timelines, provide consultative support, and travel up to 20% to client sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in implementation, customer engagement/service, or consulting in healthcare and/or SaaS environments.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from initiation to go-live.
Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier's products from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple high-visibility implementations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality, access methods and workflows, integration requirements.
Provide on-site and virtual training to maximize client adoption and value.
Maintain customer satisfaction through responsive, transparent communication.
