Job summary

Cresta in the United Kingdom is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for EMEA. You’ll partner with regional sales leaders to translate data into decisions, manage territory design, and oversee forecast hygiene and CRM integrity.

This high-ownership role blends strategy and execution, acting as the connective tissue between EMEA and central RevOps. You’ll drive cadence, analytics, and process improvements to accelerate growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales
• Strong analytical skills with experience building models and turning data into decisions
• Proven ability to own and execute complex operational processes with high attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior leaders
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and AI tools
• High judgment, discretion, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Shape GTM strategy for EMEA with regional leaders
• Own territory design, carving and continuously rebalance accounts
• Lead regional forecasting cadence and quarterly planning cycles
• Analyze performance and develop data-driven insights for prioritization
• Ensure CRM data integrity and cross-system alignment
• Collaborate with central RevOps to implement new processes and tools
