Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for the EMEA region to own regional GTM operations from pipeline to forecast, collaborating with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success leaders.

You will drive the EMEA forecast and business reviews, partner with regional GTM leaders to implement repeatable playbooks, and manage intake for field requests while working with Enablement to monitor adoption and uptake.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or GTM operations or equivalent.
• Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams in a regional-focused capacity.
• Proven ability to run forecast, pipeline, and business reviews with senior leaders.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience and ability to write clear business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence with data-driven insights.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to turn strategy into repeatable operational playbooks.
• Manage intake for EMEA field requests and route to appropriate operations teams.
• Collaborate on adoption of new motions and launches with Enablement; monitor uptake.
• Provide visibility into risks, pipeline health, and performance against targets.
• Translate territory insights into planning inputs for FP&A and GTM teams.
