Job summary

Greenhouse is hiring a Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement to join our EMEA team as our first dedicated enablement hire in the region. You will own end-to-end enablement, localize global GTM launches, and partner with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders to land messaging and skills across markets.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps to design scalable programs, build a reinforcement framework, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or L&D.
• Proven experience delivering live training and facilitation to a global field organization at scale.
• Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) in regional or field-facing roles.
• Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across multiple markets and time zones.
• Experience with product/GTM enablement and skills/methodology enablement; Command of the Message is a plus.
• Strong instructional and curriculum design skills, with ability to adapt global content for regional relevance.

Responsibilities

• Own live delivery of GTM and product launch training for the EMEA field, in local time zones.
• Localize global enablement programs, content, and messaging for regional markets.
• Manage the EMEA training roadmap, balancing live and on-demand content.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and CS leaders to turn regional priorities into programs.
• Reinforce core selling skills and messaging with EMEA reps on a regular cadence.
• Build a reinforcement and measurement framework tracking adoption and business impact.
• Handle additional projects as business needs require.
