Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Program Manager for Product + GTM Enablement to scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success. You will own the operational and curriculum backbone, turning product launches into repeatable training and coordinating across Product Marketing, Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or a related GTM operations role in tech.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple launches.
• Instructional design experience with training, job aids, or curriculum that people use.
• Strong writing skills to translate product briefs into field-ready language.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools and when to automate versus human decisions.
• Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product curriculum: eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, FAQs.
• Own launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, logistics, invites, follow-ups.
• Maintain enablement systems: tracking, reporting, scorecards, AI knowledge agents.
• Partner on measurement: completion, sentiment, behavior-change signals.
• Take on additional projects as business needs require.
