Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Program Manager, Product + GTM Enablement to design and scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success. This role builds the curriculum backbone, turning product launches into repeatable training, and manages logistics across multiple audiences.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps, owning end-to-end enablement programs and applying AI tools to automate manual work while ensuring real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement, program or project management, sales enablement, or related GTM operations in tech.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of running multiple launches.
• Instructional design experience creating training, job aids, or curricula used by sales teams.
• Excellent writing skills for concise, field-ready language.
• Proficient with enablement tech stacks (LMS, CRM) and comfortable using AI tools.
• Data-informed mindset using completion and feedback data to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product curriculum including eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for launches.
• Own launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, session logistics, communications, invites, follow-ups.
• Maintain enablement systems: tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents; turn outputs into insights for stakeholders.
• Partner on measurement: completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate impact.
• Take on additional projects as business needs require.
