Job summary

Ashby is seeking a senior demand generation leader to own the enterprise ABM strategy for Europe and collaborate with a US counterpart. You will orchestrate multiple channels, shape messaging, and drive a measurable journey from discovery to opportunity in EU markets.

You’ll partner with Sales, PMM, and creative teams to craft compelling campaigns, manage agencies like Wildcard, and run short sprints to validate ideas and scale impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading demand generation for enterprise segments.
• Proven ability to own ABM-based campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to blend data with creative storytelling at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define EMEA enterprise ABM strategy and channels.
• Develop messaging, content, and creative with teams.
• Build target account lists using data and input from sales.
• Manage agency partners and gifting campaigns for speed.
• Own events, activations, and conference collateral coordination.
• Apply experimentation framework; localize content for markets.
