Job summary

Adyen in the United States is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead North America enterprise demand generation. You’ll shape GTM strategy with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Partnerships leadership and scale ABM across priority verticals.

You will build and develop a high-performing team, centralize demand gen best practices, and report to the VP of Marketing, NA. This office-first role is based in New York or San Francisco with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with enterprise focus.
• At least 4 years of team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to create demand within complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Scale and manage the demand-gen pipeline for North America.
• Shape GTM strategy with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Partnerships leadership.
• Advance ABM capabilities across accounts, verticals, and buying groups.
• Measure performance and optimize campaigns using data and insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing demand-gen team.
• Establish planning, measurement, forecasting, and accountability across programs.
