Extreme Networks is seeking an exceptional EMEA Business Development Manager to lead a team of outbound and inbound BDRs across Europe. This strategic leadership role is focused on building pipeline, coaching, and scaling a world-class BDR engine reporting to the Director, Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA BDR Organization across multiple regions (DACH, UK, FR, ES, Benelux, META).
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing BDR talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Create career development pathways for BDRs to grow into sales/leadership roles.
• Drive pipeline growth by optimizing BDR processes and programs.
• Partner closely with regional Sales and Marketing to ensure measurable business impact.
