• Experience with inbound & outbound prospecting and MEDDPICC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale the BDR team across regions in a hybrid model.
• Partner with Marketing to optimize inbound SLAs and campaign follow up.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to drive outbound pipelines and account strategies.
