Job summary

Ramp is seeking its first BDR Manager in London to lead a hands-on, high-velocity team across Europe. You will coach, recruit, and scale Ramp’s BDR motion, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executives to drive qualified pipeline in the UK and Europe.

You will build the European playbook, refine messaging and collateral, and set aggressive activity and quota goals. A fast-paced, high-ownership environment awaits the right leader in Ramp’s European growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year quota-carrying sales experience as an IC.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• AI fluency as a daily habit.
• Willingness to work 5x a week in the London office.
• Experience coaching and developing reps.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach for prospecting and qualification.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing European BDR team.
• Evolve European BDR playbook: ICP, positioning, handoff standards.
• Create and refine collateral: messaging, sequences, scripts, discovery, objections.
• Set activity, conversion, and pipeline goals; coach to improve results.
• Partner with AEs and cross-functional teams to sharpen targeting and pipeline.
• Experiment with new campaigns and outreach approaches.
• Define Ramp's go-to-market motion and build the BDR org.
