EmaEma is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. As Enterprise BDR Leader, you own the BDR function end to end, managing a distributed team across the US and India and turning activity into qualified pipeline with daily rigor.

You will rebuild onboarding and enablement, ensure high SQL-to-demo conversion, and partner with AEs, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to keep the pipeline full and aligned with company growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing a BDR/SDR team in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience handling enterprise accounts or HR/People buyers.
• Fluent with outbound tooling and a defined playbook.
• Comfortable coordinating across US and India time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a distributed BDR team across the US and India.
• Institute a metrics cadence: daily activity, weekly pipeline reviews.
• Own onboarding and an enablement program for new hires.
• Ensure high SQL-to-demo conversion and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with AEs, Marketing, and Revenue Ops on pipeline quality.
