Job summary

Qualifications

• Collection Master (CLS) experience is a plus.
• 3+ years in call center quality assurance or operations, collections, customer service, banking or business related fields.
• Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal communications via Outlook.
• Respond to emails in a timely fashion.
• Document the firm's system of record (CLS).
