Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of applicable Federal and State collection laws.
• Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute.
• Must be able to read and understand written communications from consumers and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of internal communications via Outlook.
• Accurate response to consumer/attorney/ATP emails in a timely manner.
• Proactive collections efforts through email communication.

Education

High School diploma

Three years or more experience in call center, collections, customer service
