Qualifications

• Collection Master (CLS) experience is a plus.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Good critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of internal communications via Outlook.
• Accurately respond to consumer/attorney/ATP e-mails in a timely fashion.
• Proactive collections efforts through email communication.
