Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp. is seeking a VIP Host to manage all aspects of a guest journey on-property, coordinating with the Account Development team on pre- and post-trip planning. The role focuses on delivering gracious, personalized service to delight guests and drive loyalty.

The position emphasizes proactive service, problem resolution, and collaboration with multiple hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of casino/hotel, customer service, host or other account manager experience preferred.
• Proficient in customer Point-of-Service systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Systematic and process-oriented mindset for seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Strong attention to detail with trip logistics and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and promotions.
• Uses sound judgment and follows established comp and expense guidelines.
• Fully empowered with comp authority.
• Maintains close ties with customers to engender loyalty.
• Anticipates and meets guest needs including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
• Coordinate with Account Development, New Business, and property teams to deliver pre-trip itineraries.
• Identify new customers based on property leadership criteria.
• Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Stand/walk on the casino floor for long periods to interact with guests.
• Resolve service issues promptly to maintain loyalty and return intent.
• Comply with all laws, policies, and integrity standards.
