Responsibilities

• Process VIP check-in and check-out transactions.
• Assist VIPs with questions about the city and property.
• Assist VIPs with booking dinner, shows, etc.
• Assist with guest service recovery.
• Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Stay apprised of current hotel events to assist VIPs.
• Act as liaison to expedite guest requests.
• Maintain professional and courteous attitude toward all guests.
