Responsibilities

• Generate gaming revenue through VIP accounts and marketing programs.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests via phone and in person to maximize revenue.
• Lead on-property VIP events and coordinate itineraries with Gaming, Hotel, and F&B teams.
• Provide proactive service recovery and resolve guest issues with discretion.
• Communicate programs and changes to stakeholders and ensure smooth service delivery.
