Job summary

MGM Resorts in Las Vegas seeks a VIP Lounge Representative to warmly welcome guests, coordinate registrations, and fulfill bespoke concierge requests, creating memorable experiences from first contact. You’ll own each guest’s journey and craft moments that linger after departure.

The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, guest services, and seamless collaboration with hotel teams to ensure flawless check-ins, accurate billing support, and standout service during all shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
• One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered.
• Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while maintaining a strong relationship with the property and the guest.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash/cash equivalents per procedures.
