MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Ultra-Luxury Concierge to deliver personalized service to VIP hotel, casino, and convention guests. You will anticipate needs, manage reservations, and coordinate complex requests with knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and amenities.

The role requires excellence in guest interactions, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise between departments to create memorable experiences that meet top-tier standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Notary and bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to VIP hotel, casino, and convention guests according to Ultra-Luxury, Forbes Five-Star, and AAA Five-Diamond standards.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest requests.
• Greet arriving guests, escort to lounge, and perform follow-up calls after arrival.
• Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and room setups across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of Las Vegas dining, entertainment, golf, spas, nightlife, tours, and attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
• Identify executives and manage their guest reservations.
