Bellagio is seeking a VIP Lounge Representative to greet and assist VIP guests, manage reservations, and deliver bespoke concierge services at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes personalized guest care and seamless experiences from welcome to departure.

The ideal candidate is 21+, with a high school diploma or GED and front desk/guest services experience in a resort setting. This part-time position offers perks like free meals, parking, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
• 1 year of Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered.
• Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions using property cash handling procedures.
