Job summary

MGM Resorts International at National Harbor, MD, seeks a VIP Lounge Representative to deliver elevated guest experiences, manage reservations, and oversee VIP lounge operations. You will be the primary contact for VIP guests, handling check-in/check-out, billing inquiries, lounge access, and food and beverage service.

You will balance cash, coordinate with hosts, track guest preferences, and support special events while maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the lounge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in guest services, front desk or concierge.

Responsibilities

• Handle VIP reservations and check-in/out.
• Balance cash and process payments, including bills and credits.
• Open the VIP lounge daily and ensure guest rooms are assigned and amenities sent.
• Coordinate with casino hosts and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service.
• Track guest preferences and special requests to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
