Qualifications
- Prior guest service experience preferred.
- Front Desk or Concierge experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and flawless and maintains good relations between the property and guests.
- Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional charges or tickets.
- Post correct charges and credits, handle payments, and balance cash and cash equivalents per procedures.
- Open the VIP lounge daily following standards, run reports for arrivals, and assign rooms for VIP arrivals.
- Close the VIP lounge daily, ensure rooms are assigned, amenities sent, and reports prepared for next day arrivals.
