Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. in Suitland, MD, seeks a Top-Secret Administrative Support Analyst to support a federal contract with the Joint Staff Declassification Branch.

You will perform secretarial and administrative tasks, including action processing, database maintenance, courier coordination, and liaison with OSD. No formal degree is required; prior government or classified environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; prior administrative or clerical support experience, ideally in government or classified environment.
• Must possess a final Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hard copy packages for courier services and sign for incoming packages from OSD.
• Initiate and prepare Action Processing System packages for search and review.
• Respond to OSD queries regarding referral status, dates, and missing documents by close of the next business day.
• Prepare responses for the OSD reconciliation list and provide recommended responses to Program Leads by close of the next business day.
• Prepare and send monthly open/close status reports to OSD and conduct annual FOIA and MDR reports.
• Assist with internal FOIA and MDR document searches.
• Provide escorts for non-cleared visitors to IMD workspaces and conduct burn bag operations.
• Update and maintain the ADR database and analyze ADR boxes to extract data.
