Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Top-Secret Project Manager to lead on-site support in Suitland, MD for a federal contract. You will oversee declassification reviews, records management, archiving, and admin support in accordance with EO 13526 and NARA requirements.

Qualified candidates must hold a final Top-Secret clearance and a PMP, with substantial federal contract management experience and strong reporting and communication skills to engage senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; other disciplines may be accepted based on declassification work experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing federal contracts and personnel in a declassification/records management context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to COR, Branch Chief, and IMD-Chief for contract performance across all PWS tasks.
• Direct declassification reviews and supporting records management, archiving, and admin functions.
• Ensure 99% acceptable quality level for declassification/archiving actions; coordinate remedial actions as needed.
• Prepare timely reports and status updates to Government leads.
• Coordinate staffing, security, and onboarding for contract personnel and liaise with Government.
