Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC seeks a Top-Secret NARA Support Analyst to join a federal contract in Suitland, Maryland. The role involves declassification reviews of DoD records and records management support for IMD under the JSDB.

Candidates must meet access requirements for classified information and hold 7+ years of declassification experience. Qualified applicants will support preparing records for NARA, indexing, and quality assurance, while maintaining compliance with EO 13526 and Joint Staff

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Executive Order 13526 and declassification criteria.
• Deep knowledge of Interagency Referral Center workflows and procedures.
• Familiarity with Joint Staff structure, missions, and equities.
• Completion of the DOE Historical Records and Restricted Data Reviewer course.

Responsibilities

• Conduct declassification reviews of DoD records at the document level per EO 13526 and guides.
• Provide records management support for IMD record collections per procedures.
• Verify SF 715 and Joint Staff box summary sheet applications.
• Create document-level indexes and run E-Discovery searches for legal needs.
• Prepare boxes for transport to NARA and support IMD/NARA processing goals.
• Maintain IRCN account and acknowledge system referrals timely.
• Archive declassification actions in the Joint Staff repository per timelines.
