Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Top-Secret NARA Support Analyst to join a federal contract in Suitland, MD. You will conduct declassification reviews of DoD records and manage records in accordance with EO 13526 and JSDB/NARA requirements.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, plus 7 years of declassification experience. Must be able to obtain the necessary security approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences required.
• 7 years of declassification review experience.
• Must possess a final Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct declassification reviews of DoD records at the document level per EO 13526 and guidelines.
• Provide records management support for IMD-archived collections.
• Verify proper SF 715 and Joint Staff box summary sheets.
• Create document-level indexes for NARA submission; support E-Discovery.
• Prepare boxes for transportation and accessioning to NARA; support IMD modernization.
• Maintain an active IRCN account; acknowledge referrals promptly.
• Archive completed actions into Joint Staff archive within timelines and quality target.
