Alpha reimagines schooling with a campus-based enrollment model. The Enrollment Director is responsible for the end-to-end admissions process at one campus, juggling 20+ families while driving rigorous fit decisions and delivering outcomes in person.

Role requires 3+ years in client-facing work with high-value clients, ownership of the enrollment journey, and proven CRM use. On-site daily, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned a client/admission journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Led polished in-person tours, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for each prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit/decline decisions to families personally.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS records after every interaction and report pipeline health.
