Alpha is seeking a Director of Client Relations to own the campus enrollment journey end-to-end. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct campus tours, and deliver decisions in person, guiding families toward the right fit while maintaining accurate data in HubSpot and SIS.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, AI tool usage, and a proven track record with high-value clients. This is an on-site, W2 position with benefits across one campus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of $25k+ each.
• Owned a client journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Able to communicate with executives and high-net-worth clients.

Responsabilités

• Own enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding.

• Lead campus tours, open houses, and shadow days.
• Deliver admissions decisions to families in person.
