Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for an Admissions Relationship Manager to own the enrollment journey at a single campus. You will engage families from inquiry to onboarding, carrying 20+ active cases and guiding them through tours, shadow days, and decision conversations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing roles with high-value clients, and experience managing multiple relationships in HubSpot/SIS, using AI tools to summarize and prep for conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family was the buyer, with high-dollar outcomes.
• Owns an enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Manages 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if it’s not the right fit.
• Uses AI in a client-facing workflow and documents interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Formulate admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions in person.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS after every interaction and report pipeline health.
