Alpha is a private K-12 school network hiring for a Director of Membership. You will own one campus’s admissions process end-to-end, guiding families from inquiry to first day of school and delivering clear, precise decisions in person.

You will manage 20+ active families at different stages, run tours and shadow days, and log every interaction in HubSpot and the SIS, using AI tools to prepare and summarize for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family was the buyer at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• You have personally owned a client, admissions, or membership journey from first inquiry through the commitment decision.
• You have managed 7 or more client relationships at once in a CRM or tracking system.
• You have used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• You communicate concisely and professionally with executives, high-net-worth individuals, or other demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the campus admissions journey end-to-end from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, Open Houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot and the SIS current after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
