Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients
• Owned end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM
• Able to tell prospective client not to enroll when not the right fit
• Experience using AI tools in client workflows

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding and needs assessment
• Manage 20+ active families across stages and review applications daily
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions in person
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; report pipeline health weekly
