The role requires guiding campus tours, open houses, shadow days, and ongoing CRM maintenance with HubSpot and SIS. Strong communication with high-net-worth families and executives is essential, with weekly pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20 or more active families at once, answer inquiries promptly and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days to show families what this is about.
• Form the admit or decline recommendation and deliver the decision to the family personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up to date after every interaction, using AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health weekly.
