Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a campus Admissions Leader who will own the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding. You’ll manage 20+ active families at a time, guiding families through tours, shadow days, and decision conversations on-site at one of Alpha's campuses.

You’ll present clear fit judgments, work with AI tools to prep summaries, and maintain data in HubSpot and the SIS. This is a full-time on-site role in one market with strong emphasis on service to affluent families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers.
• Owned an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Able to lead polished in-person tours and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for each campus from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admission or decline decisions to families personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; report pipeline health weekly.
