The candidate will keep HubSpot and SIS updated, using AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health weekly to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring relocation to one of Alpha’s markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role involving a $25,000+ client
• Owned a client admissions journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM
• Told a prospective client not to enroll when not the right fit
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Communicated concisely with executives/high-net-worth individuals
• Led polished in-person tours/meetings for affluent families
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days
• Owned measurable enrollment or high-value customer-acquisition targets
• Willing to work on-site at an open campus market within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly
