Qualifications

3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of at least $25,000 per client or $2,000 per month.
Owned an admissions or enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
Built enrollment processes or service standards and delivered outcomes.
Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

Own enrollment journey from first inquiry through onboarding for a campus.
Manage 20+ active families at different stages and respond promptly.
Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
Form admit/decline recommendations and communicate decisions to families.
Keep HubSpot/SIS current and use AI tools for prep and summaries; report weekly.
