You will keep HubSpot and the SIS current, using AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health weekly. This is an on-site role in Boston markets with high-net-worth families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25k+ per client or $2k+/month.
• Owned an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, answer inquiries promptly and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date after interactions; report pipeline health weekly.
