• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in prestige settings.
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages.
• Ability to present advisory decision-making with examples where you advised against your offering.
• Professional correspondence with senior leadership, affluent clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to specified regions in California.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before offering recommendations or advancing.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across enrollment phases with transparent progression.
• Direct campus visits, student observation sessions, and discussions that articulate results and standards.
