Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership to own one campus’s admissions end-to-end, engaging up to 20+ active families at varying stages. You’ll conduct needs assessments, tours, shadow days, and decisive conversations, documenting every step for optimal outcomes.

You’ll work on-site daily at one chosen market, leveraging AI tools to enhance prep and summaries, while maintaining rigorous standards with affluent families and executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer at $25k+ per client or $2k+ per month
• Owned enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM or tracking system
• Communicated with executives and high-net-worth clients concisely
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, meetings for affluent families

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages and respond to inquiries quickly
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions and shadow days
• Form the admit or decline decision and communicate it to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated and report pipeline health weekly
