Alpha School is hiring a Client Services Director to own one campus's admissions journey end-to-end. You will manage inquiries, fit conversations, campus tours, shadow days, and final decisions, while guiding families from first contact to day one.

You will handle 20+ active families at varying stages, maintain HubSpot and SIS data, and lead with a high-touch, high-expectation service model for affluent families across the markets listed. This on-site role requires daily in-person presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a high-value client was the buyer
• Owned an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Told a prospective client not to enroll when not the right fit
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals
• Led in-person tours, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days
• Owned enrollment or revenue targets for 12+ months
• Developed a demand channel bringing in paying clients or referrals

Responsabilités

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding for a campus
• Manage 20+ active families across stages, responding to inquiries promptly
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit or decline decisions and communicate them to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current and report pipeline health to leadership weekly
