Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where the buyer was an individual or family at a high monetary value.
• Owned an enrollment or membership journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM or tracking system.
• Known how to say no when it is the right fit for a family.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Present admit or decline decisions directly to the family.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
