Job summary

Alpha School is seeking a Private Client Director to manage the end-to-end admissions process for a campus, ensuring alignment between families and the Alpha model.

You will lead discovery conversations, oversee 20+ concurrent engagements, and coordinate campus visits while maintaining rigorous CRM documentation and clear progress reporting. This is a campus-centered, on-site role with relocation support for eligible regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in settings shaping brand perception.
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families from inquiry to onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and provide recommendations.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across enrollment phases with transparency on progress.
• Direct campus visits and student observation sessions to articulate results and model standards.
• Maintain CRM and enrollment documentation to enable forecasting and resource allocation.
