Job summary

Alpha is building one of the world’s most rigorous school frameworks and is seeking a Private Client Director to own the full campus enrollment cycle. This on-site, full-time role will shape how families perceive the Alpha model and ensure alignment with our high standards.

You will manage 20+ family engagements across enrollment phases, lead discovery conversations, and maintain precise CRM records (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years delivering high-caliber service shaping brand perception.
• Proven ownership of a complete client/admissions cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across stages.
• Ability to present advisory decision-making with examples where you advised against offering.
• Professional correspondence with senior leadership or discerning stakeholders.
• Willing to reside in or relocate within 60 days to specified CA regions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before recommendations.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent engagements across enrollment phases with transparency.
• Direct campus visits, observation sessions, and decision-focused discussions.
• Maintain CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) for forecasting.
