Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in prestige environments.
• Proven ownership of a complete client/admissions cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client interactions across multiple stages with tracking and prioritization.
• Ability to advise against enrollment when alignment is not present in a consultative manner.
• Professional correspondence with senior leadership and discerning stakeholders.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to listed CA regions; authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete enrollment experience from first inquiry to onboarding for prospective families.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to assess alignment before advancing the process.
• Manage 20+ concurrent engagements with transparent progress and outreach.
• Direct campus visits, observation sessions, and discussions that articulate outcomes and standards.
• Maintain CRM and enrollment documentation for forecasting and service excellence.
