Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support a founder remotely across personal, household, and logistical tasks. The role requires initiative, reliability, and strong English communication. Core hours align with US Pacific Time, with availability outside them as needed.

You will manage calendars, vendor relations, personal travel, events, and vendor sourcing while leveraging AI tools to plan and execute tasks end to end.

Qualifications

• Genuinely smart with strong critical thinking and the ability to work through complex, ambiguous tasks independently.
• Extremely responsive; fast reply times are a baseline.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle household needs end to end, researching, sourcing, and coordinating vendors.
• Hire and manage household staff such as private chefs and cleaners.
• Coordinate home logistics, maintenance, and recurring needs proactively.
• Plan and execute personal events from concept to execution.
• Source and send thoughtful gifts for contacts.
