Job summary

NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in the United States. You will grow NFIB membership by engaging independent business owners with a proven, structured sales model.

This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, full benefits, and a W-2 position with mileage reimbursement. You’ll work in the field, building relationships and advocating for small business rights.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned a business, run a department, or managed a territory with accountability.
• You can build instant rapport with small business owners and conduct in-person cold calls.
• You value continuous improvement and learn a proven sales model quickly.
• You’re driven to grow NFIB and protect small business rights.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation to enroll members.
• Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
