Qualifications
- Proven success in outside or field sales to small businesses.
- Ability to conduct in-person cold calls and build rapport.
- Comfort delivering a concise, 5-minute sales presentation.
- Demonstrated persistence and resilience in sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
- The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our proof-based, 5-minute verbal sales presentation.
- The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
- Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protection of their rights in DC and state capitals.
