Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) invites an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow our membership among independent business owners. This is a field role requiring proactive prospecting, presenting NFIB’s value, and closing enrollments with on-the-spot payments.

You will educate clients on NFIB advocacy in Washington, D.C., and state capitals, while earning uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits in a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Thrive under pressure with persistence to close deals.
• Able to quickly adapt and handle objections.
• Background in sales, military leadership, education, or entrepreneurship is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a concise sales presentation.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections at federal and state levels.
