National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB memberships through in-person outreach with small business owners across communities and DC advocacy.

This hunter/closer role offers training, uncapped commissions, full benefits, and a self-directed field schedule (M-F, 8–10 hrs). Mileage reimbursement and performance-based pay help accelerate earnings.

Qualifications

• Owned a business or managed a territory with accountability.
• Strong relationship-building and persistence for face-to-face cold calls.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.
• Drive to grow NFIB membership and advocate for small business rights.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: enroll members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
