Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound, high-ticket or high-volume sales experience or 4+ years in any consultative sales environment.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced, on-site sales floor.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins events and programs.
• Lead discovery conversations and guide clients toward decisive action.
• Maintain CRM discipline and track performance with KPIs and conversions.
• Operate on-site in Scottsdale on a high-performance sales floor.
• Engage warm leads and build referral pipelines from past clients.
